Needle sweep didn't work, didn't try lane assist because i'd have no way of switching off, fully automatic hand brake didn't work, ad-blue indicator didn't work. Tried to put on high beam assist - but I already had it. DyslexicDogJul 3, My mate's OBD11 session proved fruitless. Is it possible program the hill assist without the button? Used, but it's an ex-company car, so highly doubt it had been done as everything else was unmodified. Unless I've misunderstood the whole thing. While manoeuvring back and forth it to fit into the bay the car is at an angle and will put on the green P while changing gear? It applies the hand brake on a hill, I have bay parking at home that's slightly elevated. Oh right, you mean the actual switch? My car does the hill assist automatically without the button, I assumed its a standard feature. There's a thread on Audizine that includes about 50 different things you can do and the coding for them. I did it with Carista though so don't have the coding for it on hand. Parking brake is definitely doable, done it myself. Mr OlympikJun 21, My mate with the lead to lend has pointed me in the direction of this website with lots of changes possible: Audiwiki. Hi, I have activated the lane assist and high beam assist. I only bought this the other day, so i'm not entirely sure of some of the spec that it may have that I've not come across yet, but assuming I don't have it, activation of the following looks plausible - can anyone confirm they've done the following without issue: Lane Assist I seem to have the camera for it above the rain sensor Traffic sign assist High beam assist AdBlue level indicator Activate parking break automatically at the end of the journey making it fully automatic, like it is on the Golf Anything else an easy activation that might be useful? My mate has an OBD11 pro and has offered to lend me it to activate a few things, providing I can find a code to do so. Mine has and without memory seatsLog in or Sign up. If you have folding mirrors you will have passenger mirror dip anyway. In that case you could potentially code it in. KondaxFeb 7, Not standard - need the folding mirror pack to be able to do that. When you reverse, the mirror will auto adjust to your choice. Keep the mirror adjustment knob selecting the passenger mirror. Put the car in reverse, adjust the passenger mirror. Antjos1Feb 5, You can do this on the B9 without needed to code it in. I wouldn't want to waste money if it won't do this. Obd 11 Antjos1 Feb 5, Hi all I am thinking of purchasing obd Would this be able to switch dipping mirror on when I put the car in reverse. Show Ignored Content.Antjos1 Feb 5, Log in or Sign up. If I was you I would put the coding back to standard and start again, sounds like someone has done something dodgy to me Could someone share the location of where the alarm code is so I can check what mine should be set to? I've attached a photo of a section that says theft alarm is not installed. Could you tell me which module needs to be adjusted for the alarm so I can confirm? I know by default my car had the alarm. Have you tried the ross-tech or odbeleven forums? Do you have the full alarm system the same as us by the wzy I've had a lot of coding changed in my car and I feel they have turned off my alarm due to copying codes from an etron. You'd think as the coding is the same as the b9 a4. I'm in Australia so I assume that the feature should work with our q7's. TezarghJan 19, I guess you've been to this thread? Hey guys, I'm trying to get this to work on my q7 4m and it doesn't seem to work. Can confirm the above works as I have done it to mine. SRB93May 9, It looks like the above got that from the forum I was a about to post lol. In addition, if you lock the car if you have Advanced Key using the padlock button on the trunk, the chirp will sound when the trunk is fully engaged. This is a good audible confirmation that the car is locked. Though it does state "this function is not available on all export models" so perhaps its only available for cars made for the German market. Alarm chirpy chirp upon locking? Vcds or OBD11 zippster May 8, Thanks in advance Andy.
